Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean, and the food throughout the day was good. However, the rooms are very dark and a bit run down. The service was excellent, with staff always proactive and helpful. The location is a definite plus being right on the subway and next to the City Airport Terminal, making it easy to get around Seoul. The dining experience was good, but not as fantastic as it used to be. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with two bathrooms making it very convenient. It was a pleasure being near the cleaning employees' working room, knowing the attention to detail. However, the price could be more competitive for the value provided.
Room 825 was so quiet, clean, and spacious, making it a perfect spot to relax with my girlfriend. The Nespresso coffee machine and stocked minibar added a nice touch to the room. The location in the COEX area was excellent for shopping and easy transportation. The dining experience at the Grand Kitchen was good but could have more variety. The service was top-notch with quick and helpful staff.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with an air purifier, I was a bit disappointed to find out they were the same as a few years back, without any upgrades despite my Spire Ambassador tier. The service, on the other hand, was incredibly attentive and gracious, making up for the room situation. The location was excellent, especially being in the Kangnam district close to popular attractions like the Olympic stadium and Coex mall. The dining experience was lavish with a variety of cuisines, but I missed having access to a VIP lounge that other 5-star hotels offer.
